~40% gross margin. T&M pricing. No hidden fees. Scale up or down by the day.

What You Get

• Trenching & site prep
• Material handling & staging
• General site maintenance

Deployment

• Same day or next day
• 1–25+ workers available

A: Demo cleanup, trenching, material staging, site prep, debris hauling, and general support for any trade on site. If it doesn't require a license, our laborers can handle it.
A: We have 50+ active workers and a deep bench. For large-scale jobs — including wildfire rebuild sites — we can scale to 20+ workers within 24–48 hours.
A: Yes — all workers arrive with standard PPE and basic hand tools. For specialized equipment, let us know during intake and we'll coordinate accordingly.
A: Absolutely. We operate on T&M, so you only pay for what you use. Single-day, multi-week, or ongoing — we flex to your schedule.
A: Our minimum is 4 hours per worker per booking. This ensures your crew can make meaningful progress and our workers are fairly compensated for showing up.

Concrete

From residential slabs to commercial footings, our concrete crews are experienced, vetted, and ready to deploy within 1–2 days. Pourers and finishers available separately or together.

Bill Rate$55–$65/hr

~48% gross margin. Covers skilled concreters and finishers. T&M contract.

What You Get

• Slabs, pads & flatwork
• Footings & foundations
• Driveways & retaining walls
• Hardscape & decorative concrete

Best For

• GCs on ground-up builds
• Homeowners adding driveways/patios
• ADU & new construction projects
• Commercial flatwork jobs

Deployment

• 1–2 day deployment
• 2–12 workers available
• Finishers included or separate
• Foreman on larger pours

A: Standard hand tools and finishing tools are included. For specialized equipment like power trowels or concrete saws, let us know at intake and we'll source them or adjust accordingly.
A: Yes. Our crews have experience across both residential flatwork and larger commercial foundation pours. We match crew size and experience level to your specific job scope.
A: We can deploy up to 12 concrete workers with 24–48 hours advance notice. For large pours, contact us early so we can schedule the right team size.
A: Yes — we can provide both or separately depending on where your project is in the process. Just specify during your intake consultation and we'll staff accordingly.
A: Absolutely. We work on T&M so a single-day pour is no problem. Give us the scope and we'll have the right crew ready for pour day.

Framing

Blueprint-capable framing crews for new builds, additions, and ADUs. Wood or metal stud — we deploy experienced framers who show up ready to build within 1–2 days.

Bill Rate$55–$65/hr

Semi-skilled rate. Full framing crews or individual framers. T&M, no minimums beyond 4 hrs.

What You Get

• Wood & steel stud framing
• Wall layout & sheathing
• Structural rough carpentry
• Header & beam installation

Best For

• GCs on new construction builds
• ADU & garage conversion projects
• Home addition framing
• Commercial tenant improvements

Deployment

• 1–2 day deployment
• 2–10 framers available
• Lead framer on larger jobs
• Works directly from plans

A: Yes. Our framers are experienced working directly from architectural and structural plans. Share your drawings during intake and we'll confirm the right crew for your scope.
A: Both. Need a full 8-man crew for a new build? We've got it. Need two extra framers to supplement your existing team? Same process, same speed.
A: Absolutely — ADUs and garage conversions are a high-demand category for us, especially in West Hollywood and greater LA. Our crews know the local code requirements well.
A: Yes. We screen for both. Specify your material type at intake and we'll match you with workers who have hands-on experience with that system.
A: Everything from single-room additions to full ground-up residential and light commercial. We scale the crew to match the job — no project is too small or too large.

Drywall

Hangers, tapers, and finishers available separately or as a full crew. We deliver drywall labor for patches, new installs, and high-end level 5 finish work across LA County.

Bill Rate$55–$65/hr

~48% gross margin. Hangers and tapers at same rate. Level 5 finish workers at upper range.

What You Get

• New drywall & patch work
• Moisture-resistant installs
• Insulation & ceiling work

Best For

• GCs finishing new construction
• Homeowners remodeling rooms
• Insurance repair & restoration
• Wildfire rebuild interior work

Deployment

• 1–2 day deployment
• 1–8 workers available
• Hangers & tapers separately
• Single worker for patch repairs

A: We have workers experienced in levels 3 through 5. Specify your finish requirement at intake — level 5 requires a specialist and we'll route your job accordingly.
A: Yes. We can isolate by role. If your boards are already hung and you just need a taper, we'll send exactly that — no need to hire a full crew when you only need one phase covered.
A: Yes. Moisture-resistant and cement board installs for wet areas are a standard request. Specify the area and product type and we'll match you with workers familiar with wet area requirements.
A: Both. Patch work is one of our highest-volume homeowner requests. One worker, a few hours — we can blend patches into existing walls so they're invisible after paint.
A: A two-person crew can typically hang and tape a standard bedroom in a single day. Finish coat and sanding adds another half to full day depending on the level of finish required.

Electrical

Licensed California electricians for rough-in, panel upgrades, and finish electrical work. We place journeymen and apprentices depending on your job phase and requirements.

Bill Rate$75–$110/hr

50%+ gross margin. Licensed journeymen at upper range. Apprentices available at lower rate for supervised work.

• Homeowners upgrading panels
• Adding circuits or sub-panels
• Insurance rebuild electrical work

Deployment

• 1–2 day deployment
• CA licensed journeymen
• C-10 supervision available
• All credentials verified

A: Yes. All journeymen we place are California-licensed. We verify credentials before deployment. If you need a C-10 licensed supervisor on-site, specify at intake and we'll source one.
A: Yes. Whether you need a crew for rough-in on a new build or a single journeyman to hang fixtures and make final connections, we match the worker to the phase of work.
A: Yes. Panel upgrades and new sub-panel installations are a common request. We place licensed journeymen with panel experience and coordinate with your permit requirements.
A: Absolutely. Troubleshooting and diagnostic work is a standard booking. Minimum 4 hours applies, and a single journeyman can often diagnose and resolve common issues within a half day.
A: Our workers can assist with permit documentation, but permit pulling is typically coordinated through your GC or our C-10 supervisor. Discuss this during your intake consultation so we set expectations clearly.

Plumbing

Licensed California plumbers for rough-in through finish. New line runs, fixture installs, and main replacements — deployed within 1–2 days to residential and commercial projects.

Bill Rate$75–$110/hr

50%+ gross margin. Licensed journeymen at upper range. Apprentices for supervised rough-in work.

What You Get

• Insurance & fire rebuild work

Deployment

• C-36 supervision available
• All credentials verified

A: Yes. All journeymen we deploy carry valid California plumbing licenses. We verify credentials before every placement. C-36 licensed supervisors are available when required by your project.
A: Both. New line runs, drain and vent rough-in, and full plumbing installations for additions and new construction are all within scope. Describe your project at intake and we'll match the right worker.
A: Yes — under-slab rough-in and slab leak repairs are work our plumbers handle. Specify slab work at intake so we assign someone with direct experience in that area.
A: Yes. Single-day fixture installations — faucets, toilets, dishwashers, water heaters — are common bookings. Our minimum is 4 hours, and most fixture jobs fall well within that window.
A: Yes. Main line work requires advance coordination and typically a C-36 supervisor. Contact us with your scope and address so we can assess the job before deploying the right crew.

Painting & Staining

Professional painters and stainers for interior, exterior, and custom finish work. From a single room repaint to full exterior jobs and high-end custom millwork staining.

Bill Rate$55–$65/hr

~48% gross margin. Labor only — client supplies paint unless otherwise arranged. T&M contract.

What You Get

• Interior walls, ceilings & trim
• Exterior walls & siding
• Doors & window painting
• Custom millwork staining

Best For

• GCs finishing projects on deadline
• Homeowners refreshing interiors
• Exterior repaint & touch-up
• Custom cabinetry staining

Deployment

• 1–2 day deployment
• 1–8 painters available
• Spray & brush/roll specialists
• All tools & drop cloths included

A: Our standard arrangement is labor only — you supply the paint. If you need us to source materials, we can arrange that at cost with no markup. Clarify at intake so we plan accordingly.
A: Yes. We have painters experienced with ladder and scaffold work on multi-story exteriors. For jobs requiring scaffold, let us know so we can coordinate equipment and ensure safety compliance.
A: Yes. Custom millwork and cabinetry staining requires a more skilled finisher. Specify this at intake and we'll match you with a worker who has finish staining experience, not just a general painter.
A: Up to 8 painters for large residential or commercial projects. For whole-house jobs, book with 48 hours notice so we can coordinate a full crew rather than independent workers.
A: Yes — single room jobs are completely fine. One painter, minimum 4 hours. Most standard room repaints — prep, prime if needed, and two coats — complete within a day or less.

Demolition

Interior demo, selective teardown, or full structural removal. We deploy experienced demo crews same day or next day across LA County — including wildfire lot clearing and full gut-outs.

Bill Rate$36–$55/hr

General labor rate for basic demo, semi-skilled rate for selective structural work. T&M contract.

What You Get

• Interior & selective demolition
• Structural teardown support
• Debris hauling & site clearing
• Kitchen & bath gut-outs

Best For

• GCs starting remodels or rebuilds
• Homeowners knocking down walls
• Wildfire debris & lot clearing
• Commercial tenant improvements

Deployment

• Same day or next day
• 2–15+ workers available
• Foreman on large teardowns
• Occupied property experience

A: Yes — loading and staging debris is part of the demo process. For off-site hauling, coordinate a dumpster or roll-off in advance. We can help you plan this during intake.
A: Yes. Selective demo — removing specific walls, fixtures, or sections while protecting the surrounding structure — is a skill our workers are experienced with. Describe your scope clearly at intake.
A: Yes, with proper dust containment and scheduling. We ask that you describe the site conditions at intake so we can brief the crew on expectations, protective measures, and noise constraints.
A: We've staffed full interior gut-outs for large residential and light commercial properties with crews of 10–15 workers. For large-scale wildfire rebuild clearing, we can scale further with advance planning.
A: For structural teardown, we deploy semi-skilled workers familiar with load-bearing considerations. We always recommend having your GC or structural engineer on-site when removing structural elements.

Carpentry & Millwork

From rough structural carpentry to custom cabinetry and fine millwork. Blueprint-capable workers for high-end residential and commercial finish work, deployed within 1–2 days.

Bill Rate$65–$85/hr

50%+ gross margin. Finish carpenters and millwork specialists at upper range. Rough carpenters at lower range.

What You Get

• Wood flooring installation
• Moldings, trim & millwork

Best For

• GCs on high-end residential finishes
• Homeowners doing kitchen buildouts
• Custom closet & millwork installs
• Door & window installations

Deployment

• 1–2 day deployment
• 1–4 carpenters typical
• Works from shop drawings
• Rough & finish specialists separate

A: Yes. Our finish carpenters and millwork specialists are experienced working from shop drawings and architectural details. Share your drawings at intake so we can confirm the right skill match.
A: Yes — these are separate skill sets and we treat them as such. Rough carpenters handle structural work, finish carpenters handle trim, cabinetry, and detailed millwork. Specify which you need.
A: Absolutely. Trim and molding is one of our most common finish carpentry requests. One experienced finish carpenter can complete a standard room's worth of base and crown in a single day.
A: Yes. Pre-hung door and window installation is standard work. For large quantities or specialty units, let us know the count and unit type so we staff an appropriate number of workers.
A: Rough carpenters bill at the lower end (~$65/hr) and handle structural work. Finish carpenters and millwork specialists bill higher (~$75–$85/hr) due to the precision and skill required.

Hardscape

Experienced crews for driveways, patios, retaining walls, and outdoor staircases. We work with pavers, natural stone, and decorative concrete across residential and commercial projects.

Bill Rate$55–$65/hr

~48% gross margin. Covers pavers, stone, and decorative concrete workers. T&M, no material markup.

What You Get

• Paver & stone installation
• Retaining walls & outdoor stairs
• Decorative concrete & driveways
• Drainage & grading support

Best For

• GCs on landscape-adjacent builds
• Homeowners improving outdoor spaces
• Driveway & walkway installs
• Retaining wall construction

Deployment

• 1–2 day deployment
• 2–8 workers typical
• Plate compactors & saws included
• Works with landscape architects

A: Yes — all three. Specify your material type at intake so we match you with workers who have hands-on experience with that specific surface, whether it's interlocking pavers, natural flagstone, or poured decorative concrete.
A: Yes. Retaining walls — block, stone, or poured concrete — are a common request. For engineered walls over 4 feet, confirm your GC or structural engineer has the design covered before we begin.
A: Yes. Proper drainage is part of any hardscape installation. Our crews handle basic grading and slope work. For complex drainage engineering, coordinate with your landscape architect or civil engineer first.
A: Absolutely. Small patio installs are one of our most popular homeowner requests. A two-person crew can install a standard paver patio in one to two days depending on size and base prep requirements.
A: Plate compactors, saws, and standard hardscape tools are included. For large-scale base preparation requiring a skid steer or excavator, coordinate equipment rental in advance and note it at intake.

Cleaning & Site Services

Post-construction cleaning crews for final cleans, ongoing site maintenance, and pre-handover prep. Deployed same day or next day — so your project is client-ready on your schedule.

Bill Rate$36–$45/hr

~40% gross margin. Labor only — all cleaning supplies and equipment included. T&M contract.

What You Get

• Post-construction final clean
• Daily job site maintenance
• Debris staging & removal
• Window & surface detail clean

Best For

• GCs wrapping up projects
• Homeowners post-renovation
• Active construction site upkeep
• Insurance & wildfire rebuild cleans

Deployment

• Same day or next day
• 1–10 cleaners available
• HEPA vacuums for drywall dust
• Recurring daily crews available

A: Dust removal from all surfaces, debris sweeping and staging, window cleaning, floor cleaning, and a general detail clean to get the space to a presentable, handover-ready condition.
A: Yes. Recurring daily site cleaning keeps your job site safe, organized, and inspection-ready. We can schedule one or two cleaners on a recurring basis that works around your build phases.
A: Up to 10 cleaners for large final cleans or post-construction turnovers. For commercial or full residential gut-and-clean jobs, a larger crew deployed in parallel can turn a multi-day clean into a single day.
A: Yes — all cleaning supplies, vacuums, and equipment are included in the rate. We bring HEPA vacuums for post-drywall dust, which is a critical detail most homeowners and GCs overlook.
A: Absolutely — this is our most common cleaning request from GCs. Book at least 24 hours in advance, give us the square footage and scope, and we'll size the crew to finish in one day before your walkthrough.

GC Support

Site supervisors, project coordinators, and safety officers for owner-builders, developers, and rebuild projects that need experienced oversight without a full general contractor commitment.

Bill RateCustom

Priced by scope and duration. Daily rates and project-based contracts available. Contact us for a same-day quote.

What You Get

• On-site project supervision
• Sub & trade coordination
• Safety officer deployment
• Insurance rebuild management

Best For

• Owner-builders needing site leadership
• Developers without a full GC team
• Wildfire & insurance rebuild projects
• GCs needing overflow supervision

Our Credentials

• 35+ years combined experience
• GC License #1097019
• LA County resi & commercial
• Wildfire rebuild specialists

A: Yes. Site supervision as a standalone service is available. If you have your own subs but need someone experienced to manage the job site day-to-day, we can place a supervisor without any labor attached.
A: Both. For projects needing a licensed GC, our co-founder Daniel Green (20+ years, GC License #1097019) can take on a full GC role. For support-only needs, we staff accordingly without the full GC commitment.
A: Yes — wildfire rebuild is a core focus for us in 2025 and beyond. With 16,000+ homes destroyed in LA County, we are operationally positioned to manage labor deployment, scheduling, and site coordination across active rebuild sites.
A: Yes. Our supervisors are experienced working alongside existing subcontractor relationships. We integrate into your existing team structure rather than displacing it — our goal is to make your project run smoother.
A: Significantly less. A traditional GC typically marks up all labor and materials by 15–25%. Our support model charges only for the hours and oversight you actually need — no markup on the trades you manage yourself.
